Hi,

I purchased Essential Grid and wanted to activated it, but it seems you made the activation block hidden from its page in ACP of wordpress.

I contacted Themepunch and they said you can fix it better.

Appreciated if you do it, so that I be able to use it to activate my plugin by entering license code.

If you also hidden any other plugins’s activation block too, please make them display too. Because When I use a plugin, I purchase it to get better support.

Thanks for writing in! To avoid incompatibility issues, we recommend you to use the version that comes with X. Also if you have purchased any of the premium plugins which comes with X, you can directly contact plugin author for support.

I’ll do as you mentioned.

But if possible, please make the activation blocks displayed, so that I be able to activate products in their pages in my site. (activation is not all about updating. I won’t update, as you said. But activating in some plugins lets us use additional services like ready to use templates and premium templates and so)

Unfortunately, it is only possible via customization which is outside the scope of our support. It is disabled by default to avoid potential conflict. In case you really want to activate, you can just use the version that comes from the plugin developer but same version or even the latest since you have access to their support.
