    Hi,
I’m not sure if this question is meant for you, but its worth a shot. I was trying to edit the skin in my essential grid and was unable to. Can you take a look and tell me why I’m no longer able to customize my grid?

When I click on the edit skin option, I’m taken to the setting page, however I’m not able to make any customization’s, like I was once able to.

    Please help

    Thank you

    Hi,
Yes I see that setting page, however that is not my issue. none of the tabs are working. I need to edit the size of the fonts on my buttons. I cant do that because the editor isn’t working. I’m and getting a JavaScript void (0); at the bottom of my screen when I try to click on the buttons. Any idea on how to fix this?

    Thank you

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! I did some investigation and I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.45 and WordPress 4.7 requires at least 7.0 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue which affects the loading of JS scripts. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:

    Dear host,

I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and
I was wondering if my account supported the following:

    - PHP 7 or greater
    - MySQL 5.6 or greater
    - The mod_rewrite Apache module
    - HTTPS support

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

    Hi,
I had my hosting company update my php to 7.0 and my grid settings still aren’t working. The JavaScript void is gone but I still cant edit my grid skins. Please advise.

    Thank you

    Hi there,

It’s due to javascript error, and I might need to disable your plugins to continue my tests. Please backup your site first. This test could reset some settings like from W3 total cache.

For the meantime, please re-install your essential grid.

    Thanks!
