    Hello I’m trying to activate Essential Grid from the add on in the dashboard

    it’s not working

    comes up saying

    Error encountered. Details

    then says

    Destination folder already exists.

    yet it’s not installded

    please can you help

    Hi Lynette,

    Please login to your server hosting via FTP and then go to this folder wp-content/plugins. Look for essential-grid folder. Then delete this folder first before going to Addons and installing it again.
