    I am getting

    “ajaxerror! parse error” when I try to refresh in backend for preview.. ALSO, I think the problem is related to the fact I cannot upload the json file I saved to put my grids back after my manual ess grid update. Can someone take a look? Thanks so much.

    Hey there,

    Please try uninstalling Essential Grid then install again via Addons.

    I’ve tried that! 🙂 I’ve also disabled all other plugins as well and gave it another shot and no cigar. Preview was working at one point, and now not at all.

    If heading into the back-end, feel free to disable/enable plugins as required.

    It’s known bug, but it shouldn’t break your cornerstone’s other features. We’re already investigating this.

    Not sure what you mean. The issue isn’t about Cornerstone. The issue is with Essential Grid.

    Hi There,

    What is happening is that Essential Grid is not appearing on Cornerstone but it does appear on the actual site right?

    If yes, as Rad mentioned we have a few reports on the last days regarding this specific issue and our development team is looking into it.

    If you are facing a different issue, please let us know more details,

    Hi Joao

    Unfortunately that’s not the issue. I am unable to see preview in the backend as well as unable to upload saved json grids. I can export fine but the import option isn’t working.

    Hi There,

    When you try import, please right click in the page > inspect element > Click Console Tab. Then try to import. After that, check the console tab for any javascript error and then do let us know the error you were having.
