The correct settings can be found here : http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/. After resetting folders and files permissions, please keep all third party plugins disabled and try to install X addons plugins. Also check the PHP version on your server and make sure it’s 5.6+ or higher. Let us know how it goes.
