    Hello Team,

    I keep getting
    An error occurred while updating Cornerstone: Update package not available.

    Whenever I try to update the plugins. I noticed that when I activated the site I had the IP address in there which has chanced since then. I changed the IP address to the domain name, but still getting the same error. What suggestions do you have? What should I check next?

    Hi Ahmed,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing trouble. Usually it happens due to validation issue. Kindly do the follwoing :

    #1. Revoke the API key from WordPress Dashboard.

    #2. Remove the site from your license from Theemco account.

    #3. Re-assign the site to your license.

    #4. Re-validate your site.

    Hope the issue will be solved.
