Archive / Error when trying to update Theme X

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to update Theme X to the newest version, but I keep getting an error that reads “An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.”

    Any ideas?

    Hey there,

    Please try a manual update. See https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/ for instructions. Also, please revoke your license and re-validate again using the new validation process. See https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Okay… But before I do, if I follow these instructions for revoking and re-validating, will I lose everything I’ve already created on my site?
