    Hi

    I am getting an error when trying to install to install an extension (Addons –> Plugin –> Extensions –> Install). E.g. but not limited to, Google Analytics.

    Error message is: Error encountered. Details.
    Under details: No package provided.

    Can you help?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! We’ll need to check, would you mind providing us more details about your setup? Is this a multi-site install, which host are you with, any special conditions, etc? Also, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    It seems to be a temporary internal caching issues. I have revoked your license key and used a temporary license key to test your site and I was able to install extensions.

    Could you please try re-validating your site again and it should work (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/).
