Archive / Error when installing Child Theme

    I downloaded the child theme file from the Themeco Community Dashboard. When I try to upload & install via Themes page, I am getting the following error: “The parent theme is missing. Please install the “x” parent theme.”

    In my wp-content/themes folder, I confirmed my X theme folder is named ‘x’. Any ideas why it is failing?

    Wordpress version: 4.5.2
    X version: 4.4.2
    Cornerstone version: 1.2.4

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. I managed to figure out the cause of the issue. You have uploaded the X parent theme inside another x folder. I went ahead and fix the issue to save you from anymore troubles. X Child theme is now already active.
