    Trying to validate my installation after purchasing X. Just get the following error:

    Uh oh. We couldn’t check if this licence was valid. Details.

    Details is just a blank window.

    What do I do, who can help?

    Not to worry. Sorted it. I removed the older version of Cornerstone, and it validated thereafter, also updating to the latest version of Cornerstone, 1.3.0.
