Hi, I’m running x-theme 4.3.0. my wp dashboard says that I can update to 4.4.2. It asks me to click the link to Validate X to enable automatic updates. I do this and get a new page that says Congratulations it succeeded. Then I go back to the dashboard and click to update X and get an error message saying:

“The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

    Enabling Maintenance mode…

    Updating Theme X (1/1)
An error occurred while updating X: X is not validated. Validate X to enable automatic updates
    Disabling Maintenance mode…

    All updates have been completed.”

I’m hoping to get this updated because X-theme is not allowing changes to be made in cornerstone and I hope this solves the issue.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi there,

I have updated your X theme & Cornerstone. There is another recent update which have released (X v4.5.1) and you should be able to update it by yourself.

    Thanks!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!
    Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    Hope this helps.

Let us know if you still face this issue after following these steps.

    Thanks

    Joao

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

In Addons –> Home there is no link or button to revoke the license. I’ve attached a screen shot for you.

    cheers,
    bj

I’ve also included a screenshot of our themeco license page. The production website URL is now hosted with a different provider. Maybe this is the reason the updates and license revoke links don’t appear??

    Should we change this?

    cheers,
    bj

In the Addons page, please scroll down to the very bottom and you’ll see the Revoke Validation link (see attachment).

    Thanks.

Thanks. I successfully revoked the license in X Addons.
But when I go to my themeco account page there is no choice to revoke the license. Do I remove the production URL?

    Please see attached screenshot.

    cheers,
    bj
