    Hi,

    I’ve seen countless posts on this very issue trying to import the Agency demo.

    I’ve authenticated my license. I’m not sure what could be wrong, I’m in a hurry to get a site live.

    Please advice. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for details.

    Please try to import demo again but this time, deactivate other plugins that are not in need to use yet. You can activate only Cornerstone and Revslider.

    Don’t forget to to clear cache before importing.
