    Hi,

    I installed the convertplug addon which was offered by theme x. However when i go to export the mailing list i get an error. Please see attachments, can someone please help?

    Hi There,

    Could you please try adding the following code into your wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    If that doesn’t help, please provide us with your admin account & FTP login credentials to check your current setup.
