byrontyeParticipantGreetings. Love X and use it for everything. But have yet to stumble on this issue.
Error Message in wordpress:
“Content/23/11295823/html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/config/options/defaults.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/23/11295823/html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/plugin-base.php on line 510
Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘/home/content/23/11295823/html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/config/options/defaults.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/23/11295823/html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/plugin-base.php on line 510”
Thoughts?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Please login to your server via FTP and delete the cornerstone folder under \wp-content\plugins\ directory.
If that resolves the issue, you can re-install the Cornerstone under the Addons panel from your admin dashboard.
If this does not resolve the issue, please provide us login credentials (FTP and wp-admin) in private reply so we can take a closer look.
Cheers!

byrontyeParticipantI don’t have access to the hosting or FTP server. is there a way around it through wordpress? Can I uninstall Cornerstone then reinstall it?

FriechModeratorHi There,
You can also access the folder on the File Manager via Cpanel. If you dont have access on that as well, then I’m afraid there is nothing we can do about it, you need to contact your hosting on how you can access the files/folders on your site.
Thanks.

byrontyeParticipantOk I deleted the Cornerstone folder in File Manager, but the problem is still there.
I also went into plugins and cornerstone was still installed on WP so I deactivated and deleted it there as well. Afterwards I refreshed the page and it still appeared in plugins.I looked to find it in the Addons but it wasn’t listed under the extensions. The problem is still happening and I’m at a total loss as to why and what to do next.
