    Hi Guys!

Our site is kicking an error message when you add an item to the cart. What do I need to do?

    Hello Eric,

    Thanks for writing in!

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks.

That didn’t fix the problem. I deactivated all plugins and still got an error when tying to add an item to the shopping cart. Error reads:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_product_attachment_props() in /home2/simple/public_html/godbelongsinlouisville.org/wp-content/themes/x/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php on line 28

    Hi there,

Try updating your WooCommerce version to v2.6.4 and see if that works for you. Latest compatible version numbers are listed here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

    Hope that helps.

    Hello Eric,

You are using an outdated version of WordPress.
The function is_embed is not included in WordPress below version 4.4.
Please update your WordPress. Don’t forget to backup your site before doing this.

    Hope this helps.
