    I see many of these posts are closed.

    I have this issue. I can’t update the theme, I can install plugins, I can’t update Cornerstone.

    I followed directions to set perms and also revoke license and replace.

    Please help. I have been putting up with this for a long while and need to finally sort it.

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
