Hey everyone,

I have a question. At our company, we imported assets over from an old website for the creation of a new site. The new site can be found at the link below:
http://visionlearningprogram.com

Our old website had a picture of an eagle in the background and as you can see from the link below, the picture still seems to be in the background.

I have tried looking into the customization options from the main HP, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to eliminate it. As per the attached image, the only option to change the background is main page area, which is currently white.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi there,

Please add a temporary background image and save customizer. Next remove it and resave customizer.

Hey Christopher,

Thank you for your reply.

I did as you suggested, and the image background did change to the new image, but when I removed the new image, it reverted back to the eagle.

If there is anything else I can do, please let me know.

Hello Jordan,

Thank your for providing the information. I went ahead and removed the eagle in the background. What is did is this:
1] Went to the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Layout & Design > Background options
2] I uploaded a background pattern
3] I uploaded a background image
4] Saved the settings and remove the images after.
5] Re saved again settings and tested the site.
