    I keep getting this popup on the E&P Form Builder:

    “The license must be verified.”

    Is this plugin not included in the theme? Please help. Thanks!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    This plugin comes bundled in X and it works without license as long as x is active. Do you have any issues using this plugin?

    Yes, it keeps asking me for the license number – it makes me wait 10 seconds before proceeding without it. Is that how it is supposed to function?

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Hmm, I had the same issue before but it was fixed by making sure the theme is updated and transients are cleared.

    I do see that your theme is the latest, but I can’t clear the transients. I installed a cleaner but got this message,

    An external object cache is in use so Transient Cleaner is not required. Please disable the plugin!

    Tried clearing it through transient API but it won’t clear, maybe it’s your hosting limitation/restriction.

    Is there a way we can clear the transients? Usually, like settings or even license status are saved on transient. And please re-install your X theme by deleting existing one just to make sure it has a fresh copy (upgraded version could contain remnants of old/deprecated files especially if it’s upgraded from very old files).
