I’m having trouble with E&P Form Builder. When clicking Next Step, the browser does not go to the top of the next page. Can you help with what’s causing this? I contacted the author, but he says since the plugin is an extension of X, I should contact you. Will send URL in a separate reply.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hope it helps.

The only plugin activated, other than Cornerstone, is Wordfence Security. I disabled it and tried the form with no change.

This was working, so I’m not sure what “broke” it.

There is an update for E&P Form Builder, but am I understanding the X documentation that I should not do these updates?

    Thanks.

    Hi There,

Please explain on what step you are facing the issue? Your EP Form worked until the end but did not take me to paypal? Is that already set?

Let us know more details and please provide your WP credentials in a private reply.

    Thanks

    Joao

    Hello There,

Thank you for the credentials. I did check both form on both pages. The form by default scroll on just top of it(the form itself) and not on top of page which is not part of the form.
The automatic scroll to the top of the step content when changing step was added in a previous version on customers request, to allow users to see the full step content on small screens.

    Hope this helps.
