gselwayParticipantHi,
Great plug-in (if not a bit buggy).
I’m having an issue with the “get started button”. After initially working, it has suddenly stopped working. The form can not be initiated.
Many Thanks
Gavin

JoaoModeratorThanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

timrslaterParticipantHi,
I am having a similar issue with the E&P Form builder – it will not initiate after I spent a few hours building a form. Frustrating. I sent an email to the original developer and received this response:
“Hello,
As you had the plugin included in a theme, you need to contact directly the theme support : https://themeforest.net/item/x-the-theme/5871901/support
They will happy to help you .I can only deliver support to my own customers.
Regards,”
As you can imagine, this is not a great customer experience. I don’t see why the plugin was included if it doesn’t work and there is no support? X is better than this.

RupokMemberHi @timrslater
It’s an integrated plugin of X now. We’ll surely look into the issue that you face with X. Kindly clarify your problem and add a screenshot. Also it would be helpful if you can provide your credentials in a private reply so that we can investigate. As it’s integrated to the newer version, make sure to update everything to latest version.
Cheers!
