I feel like this plug-in is very broken on my website. It has never worked 100%.
There are multile issues, i’m sending traffic to a quote tool built using the E&P Form Builder, it often doesn’t load correctly, fails to send the quote on submission, takes an age to send or sends a pdf that can’t be opened due to an error.
Please can somebody take a look at my site?
I’m wasting money on traffic and might just use a different plug-in. I’d prefer not to as the E&P builder is good when it works, plus it took time to create.

gselwayParticipantAlso intermittently the plug-in will ask me for a licence key, there is no clue how to find this for the bundled version.

This is most likely due to poor web host performance. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– cPanel credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

ChristianModeratorI see you’re using a security plugin. Would you mind clearing all caches and deactivate all third party plugins and check if the issue persists?

gselwayParticipantHi the problem is intermittent, today it seems to work so i’m not sure the test will provide any insight!

ChristianModeratorOther plugins could affect performance of other plugins so it is best to try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
That will provide insight. We’ll know that the issue is not caused by another plugin.

You were right the first time. :).
I’ve changed my host this morning and I know have zero issues… for now.
For anyone that is interested, I have gone with Big Wet Fish. Superb support and my website performance has completely transformed.

ChristianModeratorGlad you’re sorted out. In the future, if your site gets a lot of traffic, it is recommended to move to a managed WordPress hosting.

I have another related question though.
How can I change the email address that the results of the form submission is sent from.
At the moment the people that use my form get an email from [email protected], rather i’d prefer this to be my [email protected] email address.
