First, thanks for creating the theme and the awesome support. Really, I appreciate it, and will be sending clients your way.
Secondly, when going to the Knowledge Base, under E&P’s article, the intro and summary seemed to allude to more in-depth documentation on the plugin:
“Note: This article covers only a small portion of what you can achieve with Estimation & Payment Forms, make sure you take a look at the official documentation which is linked to in the Documentation section below to explore the full possibilities of this powerful tool.”
“Any questions concerning the usage of a Estimation & Payment Forms feature should be directed to the online documentation referenced in the “Documentation” section above.”
Did I miss it? I reread it multiple times, so I’m thinking I didn’t overlook it, because I don’t see a Documentation section. If there is some more documentation on your end (I’ve been to Loopus’ sites and only found a few videos), I’d love to read it. If not I understand.
Also, since we get the plugin through you, when purchasing E&P direct via envato we get the templates in the zip that contains the plugin (apparently). Do we as X customers receive them as well? If so, where do we get it?

I’ve just updated the knowledge base article with a link to the developers documentation. You’ll find the documentation section towards the end of the article and the direct link is: http://www.wordpress-estimation-payment-forms.com/documentation/

At the moment those templates aren’t included with X, as our system only serves the actual installable WordPress plugin, but we are looking into ways we could include those in the future.
