charliesaParticipantA few things. First I don’t even see the page in the screen capture. The if I renew the address it asks for an API key, which I can no longer generate. I got the WP url thing.
I tried this in Chrome.

charliesaParticipantPlease, you have the credentials, fix it and let me know.

charliesaParticipantMy plugins are up to date, with the exception or Cornerstone (which I’d like to update, but I beleive X has to be updated first). I’m also using the latest version of WP.

charliesaParticipantI have another account too, same issue. I’m a bit weary of going round and round. Your support is always great. Thank you in advance.

charliesaParticipantI have 9 licensees in 2 accounts. 7 are ok, 2 are not…(this issue)

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Please assign the license to the url that you would like to validate. After that, you have to copy and paste the license in the field where it ask you to insert an API key. The license code can be use as a replacement of the api key. I can update the sites for you but in doing so, I will be using my test license. Please post the url and login credentials of the sites that needs some updates.
Please let us know how it goes.

charliesaParticipantI apologize, one of my large sites got hacked—I had to fix that first.
Yes, this works perfectly. I didn’t realize the API key and the Envito licenses were interchangeable now. I could update X, no problem.
Thanks
