Hi,

First issue:
So Envira gallery keeps having issues for me. After reading the thread it seems to happen to a number of users. This has never been resolved as the issue is a sporadic one, sometimes it appears and at other times it does not. It seems like it could be an issue when loading a page fresh.

Sometimes when you go to an enviro gallery in either firefox or safari, the images stack ontop of each other. This finally resolves itself when you reload the page a second time.

This is not really a great option when you have clients visiting your site.

Secondly, what is the maximum size images are shown through enviro gallery? my galleries load slow, even after optimisation with a caching plugin. It just does not seem to be a workable solution for a business website.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Hey there,

Are your images optimized? If not, you can optimize images using a plugin like WP Smush or a service like kraken.io. When images take too long to download, some scripts might stop and result in a broken page.

Another factor could be other plugins especially optimization plugins that are configured incorrectly.

Hi, I just tested foo galleries instead of envira and everything works great, its also a lot faster… I only get the above issue with envira…

I have decided to stick with foo galleries, it works far more efficiently than envira.
