    Hi there, I am having a issue with a envira gallery add-on, gallery-themes, I have bought the add-on and installed but it is not showing up for the gallery theme, it is for the lightbox theme and working fine in that sense. But I dont have the option to change the look of the gallery on the page. I have done another site with this and was working fine?

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

    No Worries, I have attached a 2 files With the theme setting in question, with an arrow on the image where it should be but the option isnt there, and I have the exact same addons installed on both sites? You can see on the image with the arrow to the setting, it just isnt there in the image? I hope that makes a bit more sense?

    Hi there,

    This option is not available for ‘Automatic’ gallery, please change ‘Number of Gallery Columns’ to some columns to see the option.
