Ryandm1983ParticipantHey there X Team
Im fairly new to Envira Gallery, & having added a simple gallery i followed both the X documentation and Envira official documentation, however i cant seem to zoom into pictures for users to scroll as animated in your documentation.. Lightbox settings seem to be all correct. – confused :/
The envira gallery is located on the page is http://genesishotel.vayadata.co.za/gallery/
(integraated through envira gallery in cornerstone)Thanks for your time…login details to follow…

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! I can see JS errors on your console that might causing by any third party plugins or jQuery migrate. Could you disable all other plugins to check the issue? You can also try re-installing Envira Gallery.
Let us know if you find anything.
Cheers!

Ryandm1983ParticipantHi
Did you test that this theory worked ?
I tested the envira gallery on a brand new X Theme install on a different domain. (1 page website & completely clean of any code). Have a look on URL http://www.vayadata.co.za (Envira Gallery element is on the home page)
Still Envira Gallery Lightbox not working;
Login details the same as the previous domain.
Look forward to your soonest response, thank you.

Paul RModeratorHi,
You need to set the url of images to media file for lightbox to work.
See Video – http://screencast.com/t/qQs098ZLs6LB
I go ahead and added the urls.

Ryandm1983ParticipantThank you for your help ! – this was the real solution. Envira Gallery now works on both domains no problem.
Disappointing that they dont make mention of this process in any documentation or videos, or even that this is an automated check function when lightbox is enabled.
I dont suppose there is a quick way to add all your images to media file ?
Thanks again Guys

Paul RModeratorHi,
You can select media file when adding the images but if you have already added it you need to do it one by one like in the video I provided above.
When adding multiple images select media file – http://screencast.com/t/8BRojb30ic
Hope that helps.
