    Hi,

I’m running the latest WordPress/X-Theme/Cornerstone builds.

Every time I create a new Envira gallery, and I check the live page the lightbox doesn’t work.

    Existing galleries work fine.

I have cleared and disabled the cache on the site and my computer, still the same issue.
I’ve disabled all plugins except Cornerstone and Envira and createed a new gallery and still the same issue.

Is this a quick fix or do I have to start reinsatlling plugins?

    Hi There,

I can see the following error when I check the page:
jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: div.envirabox-title a[href*=#]:not([href=#]). See attached screenshot.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If the issue still persists after plugin test, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi,

Can you please try reinstalling the plugin?

Please remove the plugin via FTP and then install again from the WordPress backend.

    Thanks

    Hi

I am having exactly the same issue. I deleted envira and re-installed it over the “X Addons” menu. I also disabled all the plugins exept envira, but still, no lightbox.

When I open the debuggin console on my chrome browser, I get the following error:
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: div.envirabox-title a[href*=#]:not([href=#])

    Wordpress is on 4.5.2–de_CH_informal
    X is on 4.4.2

I have an other installation on the very same server working fine…

    Best regards
    Chris
