On the home page the envira galleries, the hyperlink to a webpage on individual gallery images works fine on desktop but the link does not work on iphone/ipad/ and samsung. I have tried it on simulators and the hyperlink works but not on actual phones. So on a phone clicking on an image does not link to a separate webpage. I have sent login details on the next private message.
Hey Jack,
I see the links doesn’t work on mobile. Would you mind testing for a plugin conflict as I don’t see a bug in X nor Cornerstone that could cause this. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

The problem was because Mobile Lightbox has to be “enabled” when configuring a gallery otherwise the hyperlink does not work on mobiles. I had to ask Envira as I would not have figured that out in a million years! However, it worked before the update from Envira.
