dalvielParticipantHi,
My site seems to use up too much memory and crash while adding photos to an Envira gallery. This results in my IP being blocked from accessing the site, and having to call to get unblocked by my hosting provider.
My hosting provider mentioned this could be fixed with some web development on Envira.
Apologies if this is the wrong place – didn’t know where else would be appropriate!
I am running:
WordPress version 4.6
X version 4.6.1
Cornerstone version 1.3.0August 23, 2016 at 12:42 pm #1143476
RahulModeratorHey there,
Thanks for writing in!
That can either be achieved by a plugin or custom development. Regretfully, implementing it falls outside the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs.
Please see : https://theme.co/x/member/custom-development/.
Thank you for understanding.

luckaeParticipantI’m having the same problem. And your answer is a little lame. The theme is awesome, and the inclusion of the envira gallery is a big selling point. For it to be completely useless on mobile devices – CRASHING sites – and your answer is “it’s not our problem” ??? You should address the issue directly with Envira, provide a fix in a future update, or offer up some other solution. Don’t just kick us off to custom developers. How does that help others who have purchased the theme?
