    Hi guys,
    I am having problems with the Envira Gallery plugin. I’ve done a round of updates and although the galleries that are already there function well on the website. I am having problems creating new albums. Once an album is created I can’t upload images or access the “config”, “lightbox” and other tabs. I’ve tried deactivating different plugins to make sure there isn’t some conflict there, but no luck. I know this is a third party plugin, but it is part of your addon package so I thought I’d ask for some assistance.

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. It seems that there is a JS error on the page when you edit an Envira Gallery. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi,
    I just noticed “NextGen Gallery” put out an update a couple of days ago. I ran the update and the problem I was having with “Envira Gallery” is now fixed.
