    Hi,

    When I tried to validate the purchase code, it just returned to me below message:

    Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid.

    Please help. Thanks a lot.

    Hi there,

    There’s a .htaccess username & password that requires to access your site URL. Could you please provide those details as well, so that we can check your issue.
