Hi there,
I am having issues with the Envira Gallery on different devices. I had brought this up a few months ago on our website http://www.simplysigns.com as there are many galleries there, and was asked to update the browser. However, after testing this on many different devices/computers/browsers for our main company website over the past few months, I am seeing an issue pop up time and again. On my Safari browser at home, on the ipads at work, and on my managers Firefox Browser the Envira Gallery is stacking one on top of each other, regardless of my tuning it to be 3 columns across. This is frustrating as it looks pretty bad to clients who are checking our website on different devices.
Do you have any record of this happening, and if so what can be done to help?

Hi there. It is very strange that I keep seeing this popping up from time to time.
I appreciate that you can see it fine on your end, but would there be any reasons why certain computers and devices keep showing it stacked? I have seen it 4 times on different browsers/computers now, and I am worried that some of our clients are seeing the same. In the computers where the issue happens, please visit http://supportally.com/ and give us all the details so we could see the specs of the device.
