    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Hello.

I will contact my host. A little disappointed that none of my responses were actually addressed, and the fact that I can access cornerstone with no problems at all on both Chrome and Firefox??

    Hello There,

Please let us know the response of your host later on. If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. Best if you could post one issue per thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for out staff and users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Thanks,

I spoke to my hosting company and they are unable to replicate the issue, I cannot replicate the issue either.

I agree with the one topic per thread, but i suppose all of my issues have arisen as a result of using cornerstone now.

How should I proceed? Open a new thread?

All of my initial problems are still happening re scroll bottom anchor, rounded edges not showing, fade not working, and contact forms not displaying. This across both browsers, after logging out of WP.

Neither myself nor my host can replicate your error message, which would indicate the issue is on your end, as was suggested in the post you sent me? Not sure what else i can do. I’ve deleted my whole site and rebuilt it with Cornerstone, previously these issues did not show up, and the site has been built identically.

Please let me know how we can proceed as i cant see this being a hosting issue? Thanks again.

    Hello There,

Upon checking your site right now, we experience a bit slow loading of the page. May we suggest that you increase your PHP memory limit to prevent it from memory exhaustion. By default, WordPress will attempt to increase memory allocated to PHP to 40MB (code is at the beginning of /wp-includes/default-constants.php) for single site and 64MB for multisite, so the setting in wp-config.php should reflect something higher than 40MB or 64MB depending on your setup.

To increase your WP memory limit, please follow the instructions here:
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

Once the memory is expanded, when you edit your homepage in Cornerstone, please also check the X settings in the Settings tab in Cornerstone. As the title of this topic stated that the scroll bottom link unticks itself, maybe because this setting in Cornerstone X settings was set to false. Please check it before saving the page. Any other issues, you might have encountered, it would be a good idea to start it fresh in a new thread so that we can proceed in resolving each of the issues.

    Thank you.
