tkcostelloParticipantI am having an issue on several pages of my site. Here is an example.
http://encounterchurchofpalmyra.org/about/
The large white box you see is an embeded youtube video. It renders fine within cornerstone, but does not render on the live site. It is doing this with several other videos.
Also, if this helps, there were times when the element for embeded video did not even appear in my list cornerstone elements. It appears to be back again now, but maybe that issue is related.
Thoughts?

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
Maybe the changes in settings aren’t going through. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?
Thanks!

RupokMemberHi there,
Kindly try using the embed code within a Text Element. It might caused by any third party plugin. Also update your theme to latest version.
Let us know if that works on Text Element.
Thanks!

tkcostelloParticipantI updated to 4.6.1 and it seems to be working better. I will hit you back up if the issue resurfaces.

tkcostelloParticipantSo the issue is coming up again. I have tried disabling plugins and I am still having the issue intermittently.
I can’t consistently duplicate this issue, but on several occasions, the embed audio and video elements are not even appearing in the embed video list. Our admins have tried in safari and with the same issue.
I have attached a grainy video of their experience.

JadeModeratorHi there,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
