Hi

I have a problem with http://www.kamillafly.dk under videos.

I have embedded some videos, but they do not play on mobile devices, can anyone help?

Wordpress version: 4.7
X theme version: 4.6.4
Conerstone version: 1.3.3

I have just checked again and nothing happens… I am testing on an Iphone 7, both chrome and safari, if that helps….

It can just not play, in normal screen there is just a play button, but cant push it and i landscape mode, i see the vimeo player but can press anything, not any of the features? 🙁

I have checked from both android and iphones now, seems to be working on android but not on any apple devices?

Hi there,

Please try the video embed element instead of video player. Vimeo has its own player, using another play doesn’t work on all browsers and devices. Not all browser supported the video/vimeo and video/youtube video format, if you wish to make it compatible with other devices then implement the standard through embed code.
