    Hi, there:

    When I upload a pdf file is actually placing the file link into News & Events type of posting and when I link a Download button to the actual file link, the visitor end up in the news and events page first, instead of opening directly the pdf viewer.
    Can you please give me step by step instruction on how to get rid of this intermendiary page?

    Thanks for writing in! You can use the plugin “Google Doc Embedder” which works great with X – https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-document-embedder/

    I have installed it, I get the relevant info from Doc Embedder but where do I put it? If I insert it into the page it doesn’t work.
    Can I attach it to an object in Cornerstone (a picture for example)? And how do I do that?

    On the HREF(LINK) of the picture and set the picture link to open in a new window.

    Hi, Joao:
    Regardless of what I do, when I put the link through the pfd file, it takes me to the same link which looks like the picture attached.
    I have created a draft page for exemplification.
    The problem is when the file is being uploaded it seems to land in a separate page, which is abnormal.
    Please advise.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    Hi There,

    I Have edited your PDF Post with Cornerstone. I added a random image for the moment.

    It is still saved as a draft. Please go to Cornerstone of your PDF post, change the image for the image you would like to use, adjust the title the way you like and publish it.
