Hi there,

My name is Mai, I have a website http://scandinavianearthchild.com/ where I have an email form set up. I just realised that the emails people send me through that form doesn’t come through to my email, so I was hoping you would be amazing and look through my setup of the form to see if there’s an error!

I’ve tried to have a look myself and going over the tutorial for setting it up again, but I can’t see what I’ve done wrong. It even pops up with the message I’ve set up saying ‘your message has been sent once you fill out the form and send an email – no error code – so it seems it works, but perhaps the emails are caught somewhere? I’ve checked with my provider for this as well.

I have some emails waiting for me that have been sent using that form – any idea where I can find them?

Please help me as soon as possible.

Hi There,

To fix this error I recommend you installing this plugin, this will convert they way your emails are sent from your form and your hosting service will process it correctly.

Please setup this plugin and let us know if you will receive the emails that weren´t sent before.

Make sure that Gravityforms is a premium plugin and is not bundled with the X theme.
