marafiParticipantHey there,
The email forms plugin isn’t working well for me. I’ve added the API key correctly and it seems like its working fine but as I try to refresh the email lists on the plugin page of the admin dashboard.
I’ve added the short code to the main page of the website and when I tried to test it, I found out that clicking the submit button after writing out my full name and email doesn’t do anything.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, the form is no longer in your homepage. Is there any chance that you can add it back again so we can check it?
Thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHello Again,
Thanks for providing the information. We have tried logging using the given credentials. Regretfully we could see any folders. Are you sure we are on the correct directory? All we see is this:

For the meantime, can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening
wp-config.phpand adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true );just above/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */For example:define('WP_DEBUG', true); /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */Thank you.
