    Hi there,

    thanks for the awesome theme. We are loving it so far.
    Just two very quick questions that I have not found an answer to so far.

    1) Is it possible to create forms with more input fields than just name and email (i.e. phone number etc.)
    2) Is it possible to link the signups to different email lists depending on a drop down menu or radio button in the form?

    If that is not possible, how can I achieve this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! With regard to the first question, please refer to the following resource (https://docs.brainstormforce.com/how-to-sync-multiple-fields-data-with-mailchimp/).

    It is possible to link to different lists according to drop-down selections, however it would be outside the scope of the support we can offer. We advice you to consult a developer or service on that.
