    Hi,

I’m trying to implement the Email Before Download plugin, so as to have visitors submit an email address before getting access to some content. It’s proving to be harder than I thought 😉

Looking on the Email Before Download support forum, they seem to suggest that may be a shortcode conflict between the plugin and Cornerstone. I tried adding the plugin shortcode to a Cornerstone “Text” object, as well as a “Raw Content” object, but neither seems to work.

Of course I’m not expecting you guys to support a 3rd-party plugin. My question is whether you’ve had similar issues before (even though I couldn’t find anything searching the forum) and, if so, how you addressed it?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    Hey Gee,

Have you tried testing the shortcode or the plugin outside of Cornerstone to see if it works? Either way though, not all shortcodes could work with Cornerstone as it depends on well the plugin is coded or how it works. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/

    Thanks.
