IAmSuperMikeParticipantHi Guys,
There are few small issues I have noticed with the Education template and/or cornerstone.
I have tried to start from scratch using the education template and it didn’t appear to look correct (slider missing, was the main one) but also when I try to edit pages in cornerstone it seems to have some issues also.
The site is available at: http://hhfxa.azurewebsites.net/
Wordpress version: 4.7.1
X Version: 4.6.4
Cornerstone version: 1.3.3I checked for updates, all elements of the site are up to date. I looked around the forums and FAQs and the suggestion was that appending this:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&x-clean-demo-content-cacheto the end of the site URL would resolve the issue (but it didn’t).
Can someone help? This is only a test environment so I am 100% happy to delete any other plugins, pages, posts etc and wipe the DB to a blank slate entirely if that would help.
Thanks,
MikeJanuary 25, 2017 at 1:13 pm #1345112

LelyModeratorHello There,
Thank you for the credentials.
There are errors on the console when I checked. See attached screenshot.
There are issues on loading javascript libraries. Other libraries refer to this to that’s why it is not loading properly. Can you try removing those wp-content,wp-includes from WP Super Cache Settings > CDN tab. Then clear cache and try again.Hope this helps.

IAmSuperMikeParticipantHi Lely,
I have done as you said but would like to point out that CDN was not enabled however, I proceeded to do so. This didn’t resolve the issue. I then proceeded to completely deactivate wp super cache and still encounter the same.
Thanks,

RadModeratorHi Mike,
Seems to be okay now on my end, it loads and I can edit it in the cornerstone. The only problem now is, some images are returning 404 (doesn’t exist) like the logo and slider image.
Please update those missing images.
Thanks!

IAmSuperMikeParticipantYes, it looked ok because I managed to fix the issue myself, it was unrelated to caching. Thanks for your help…. I guess…
