Hello,

First of all, thank you for the wonderful theme! It sure is one of the most powerful theme and I love it! 🙂

With time, I’ve come to a point where I’ll have to custom modify and fulfill my requirement. I totally understand it is out of the scope of your support. However, I’m just trying to understand if I want to edit the structure of the page for example, the header – say I want to custom build another navbar. In a normal scenario, we just edit the main HTML from page, but I’m not able to understand how to do this in X theme.

Any assistance would be appreciated! 🙂

EDIT: I’m also trying to understand how to modify the header via Theme Editor. Normally in other themes, its the wp-header or something like that. I have gone thro’ some files under x>framework>integrity>views>integrity but not clear on where’s the code for the header. Got something inside wp-header but no good.

Hello Tulika,

Thanks for writing in!

We always recommend our customers not to modify core file directly instead use child theme for any changes. Child theme allows you to make code changes that won’t be overwritten when an X update is released.

In order to study the code of navigation, you may want to take a look at _nav-primary.php and _navbar.php files under /wp-content/themes/x/framework/views/global
