Our Dropdown Menu does not work on Hover within Chrome & FireFox. It only works when Clicked.

it works fine in IE, Edge,

    WordPress 4.5.2
    X 4.4.2
    Cornerstone 1.2.4

I have tried removing all custom CSS and disabling all extensions except Cornerstone.

    The problem persists.

I looked through the forums and nothing I tried worked to resolve the issue.

Please take a look and help me to get this fixed.

    Thanks,

    Micah

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! I’ve tested your site in Chrome and FF and Dropdown Menus works fine on hovering. Are you using a touch screen system? Can you please let us know the OS you’re using?

    Thanks!

    Helo Micah,

I am another staff checking on this thread! The sub menu is perfectly working on my end. You can see it here:

Since you are using SiteGround, could you please disable the supercacher in your hosting panel? The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.

For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm

    Hope this helps.

I reset Chrome and the dropdown started working.

I went ahead and reset FireFox and the dropdown started working as well.

It appears to be a local issue and is now resolved.

    Thanks for the help.
