Thanks for writing in! X 4.6.2 and Cornerstone 1.3.2 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes including you submenu issue, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

It seems you have the following code on your Customzier :
.x-navbar-fixed-left { overflow: auto !important; }It’s no longer needed since the issue was fixed on latest version. Kindly remove this to get expected result.
