    We are currently using X Theme with Integrity Light child theme. Currently our drop down menus are not dropping down on hover or click.

    We have updated all plugins and theme files.

    Currently using
    Wordpress 4.5
    X 4.1.1
    Integrity Light Child Theme 1.0
    Cornerstone 1.2.4

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! It seems you have updated Cornerstone but still using the older version of X that might causing compatibility issue. Kindly update your theme and check again.

    Ok, I have updated everything. Cleared both the CloudFlare cache as well as my browser cache and still no luck with the drop down menus. Interestingly enough, the top menus from WordPress drop down when I am logged in. Still looking for ideas.

    Hi there,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If you have added any custom JavaScript code, you can temporarily remove them as well to identify the issue.

    Hello, I had the same issue and deactivated W3 Total Cache plugin. Dropdowns work great now. Is there a reason this plugin does this, as it is recommended in your performance thread?
