newskywebsitesParticipantHi there,
I’ve spent the last hour reading all the posts related to this and checked several options with no luck. I’ve taken this site live with SSL about 6 hours ago. On a few pages, I’m getting a mixed content error from Firefox saying “connection is not secure.” and “parts of this page are not secure (such as images).
url: https://www.jackslawn.com/
I’ve called the host (GoDaddy WP Managed Hosting) who also sold me the SSL certificate. They tested site and said it’s related to the theme or content. Everything else is in good working order.
I tried an htaccess fix, made sure all images in media library are https, made sure there is no background image from the theme or original theme files being used, turning off/on all plugins, etc.
Of all the pages, the only ones that show this message are on the home page (https://www.jackslawn.com), team page (https://www.jackslawn.com/about/team/), and Contact page (https://www.jackslawn.com/contact/).
Can you think of a fix? I’ll send credentials momentarily.
Thanks so much!!

LelyModeratorHello Dawn,
I can see some images also loading over http://

Kindly change them by removing and uploading again. Do this also for other images on the other 2 pages. You can also use a plugin like this – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/Hope this helps.
