I am trying download a free Slider Revolution Template. It tells me that I can:

“If you purchased a theme that bundled Slider Revolution

No activation needed to use to use / create sliders with Slider Revolution
Update manually through your theme”

But then says that a plugin activation is required. what do I need to do to access this Template Library???
