hyperdrive_boomParticipantGood morning,
I am setting up the latest X theme on a server and it seems to function correctly including the child theme.
However when I have tried to add any extensions for example cornerstone it comes up with this:
—
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from tgmpa-install-plugins…
Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
—
however general plugins download fine. Below is my address

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Yes you can install it manually, to do so you can locate the “cornerstone.zip” file under (“X/framework/plugins/”). Then unzip the plugin file and use a FTP Client software (FileZilla Client) to upload it into your server (“ROOT/wp-content/plugins/”) folder.
Once you have uploaded it into the server, login to your WordPress back-end and head over to the Plugins -> Installed plugins to activate the plugin.
Hope it helps.

RupokMemberHi There,
Sometimes some hosting environment is blocking our loading script from executing the actions to install the plugin from within the theme. Maybe as you are using IP instead of valid domain name it might cause the issue. However manual installation works every time.
Glad that your problem has been solved.
Cheers!
