mvenneParticipantHello,
I completed the work on a website and changed the domain name from dev.myjoyenterprises.com to myjoyenterprises.com.
I did NOT move any files, but did have to change the DNS as I had the old website up on a different hosting account.
The new (wordpress X-theme) site is now live on myjoyenterprises.com, but all of the images are looking for dev.myjoyenterprises.com. Is there a somewhat painless way to re-reference all of my images?July 3, 2016 at 6:31 pm #1070730
mvenneParticipantThis is mostly resolved. I used a search and replace plugin to update the links in the database.

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Aside from images and links still pointing to the old domain, if you were using Cornerstone, it may no longer work. It would be best if you had a backup of your complete site to either rollback and then follow our migration guide : https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/
You can also use a plugin like “Duplicator” to move your. There will be a step for search and replace which should take care of your linking issue.
Hope this helps – thanks!
