    Hey Gang,

    Do you guys offer support for convert plug? Cause I’m having a hard time getting the export settings and import Modal features working. Essentially I’m just trying to take a Modal design from one site to the next but the import process isn’t working. I export and get a zip file (that when I try to unzip it, says its broken) and when I try to import this zip file into my next site It says that the import process failed.

    Any ideas on whats going on?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Since we provide it as a bundled plugin with X theme, we do provide support OR we will coordinate specific issues with the original plugin developer.

    The following is the documentation you will have to follow (https://docs.brainstormforce.com/how-to-use-import-export-for-convertplug-styles/).

    What’s your ConvertPlug version? make sure you’re using the latest X compatible version (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

    Then also check your PHP max_execution_time and set it at least 300.
